The reward doesn't have to be extravagant, but it should be something that you want. Chose a reward that will make you feel good and proud of the work that you have been doing. Staying motivated to move forward on your fitness plan is the reason for the reward.

When you choose to work out it should not feel as if you're being punished for something. Get into the mindset that workouts are fun and you will start to joyfully look forward to them. You can have more fun with your workout by using these tips.
